Joe Biden’s NSC admits its nuclear policy is failing

On June 7 before Arms Control Association, Biden Administration National Security Council Senior Director for Arms Control, Pranay Vaddi, admitted for the United States, "more nuclear weapons are required to deter our adversaries and protect the American people and our allies and partners."
